How Work Is Handled

Essentiv Tech is intentionally small. You work directly with the person assessing the environment, making recommendations, and carrying out the agreed work.
Direct ownership
You are not passed between sales, project management, and support queues. The work is scoped and handled directly.
Remote-first delivery
Most troubleshooting, setup, cleanup, Microsoft 365, documentation, and maintenance work can be completed remotely.
On-site when required
Local visits are reserved for work that genuinely needs physical access, such as equipment setup, cabling, or network changes.
